Vinfast VF e34 electric SUV spied testing in India

The VinFast VF e34 is a midsize SUV similar in size to the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.

Vietnamese EV maker VinFast has set its eyes on the growing Indian EV market. The company has already started testing its electric SUVs on Indian roads, with the VF e34 being the latest.

The VinFast VF e34 is a midsize SUV measuring 4.3 meters in length and a wheelbase of 2.6 meters. It has a split headlamp design similar to most models in the brand's line-up, while the rear features large L-shaped tail lamp clusters.

The interior looks fairly conventional. The VF e34 has a 3-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster, while the centre console houses a large, vertical touchscreen.

The VF e34 uses a single electric motor with an output of 148 BHP and 242 Nm. It is powered by a 41.9 kWh battery pack that offers a range of 319 km (NEDC cycle). VinFast claims the VF e34 can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in under 9 seconds and has a top speed of 130 km/h.
