Toyota Vellfire price increased by Rs. 4 lakh

Last month, Toyota had announced that the prices of the Camry Hybrid and Vellfire MPV will be hiked from July 2020 due to the rise in exchange rates. The Japanese carmaker has now hiked the price of the Vellfire by Rs. 4.00 lakh.

The luxury MPV is now listed at Rs. 83.50 lakh compared to the February 2020 launch price of Rs. 79.50 lakh.

The Vellfire gets a vertical front fascia with slim LED headlamps and large amounts of chrome and sliding rear doors. On the inside, the car is offered with a choice of 2 colours - beige and black. Other features include cooled and heated seats with memory and reclining function, leather upholstery, power side and rear doors, twin moonroof, sunshades, ambient lighting, individual seat tables, automatic climate control and personal spot lights.

The Vellfire is powered by a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 2.5-litre petrol engine developing 115 BHP and 198 Nm along with dual electric motors rated at 105 kW and 50 kW at the front and rear respectively.
