Tata Motors has revised the prices of different variants of the petrol version of the Nexon sub-4m crossover. The vehicle is now priced between Rs. 6,99,900 and Rs. 11,34,500. There are no changes to the prices of the variants of the diesel version of the Nexon. It continues to be priced between Rs. 8,45,000 and Rs. 12,70,000.
The base (XE) variant of the petrol version of the Nexon, which was priced at Rs. 6.95 lakh (ex-showroom) earlier, now costs Rs. 7.00 lakh. The prices of the other variants have gone up by Rs. 14,500.
The Tata Nexon is one of Tata Motors’ highest selling cars. It competes with other sub-4 m crossovers such as the Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300 and Maruti Vitara Brezza.
At present, the Nexon is available with a 1.2-litre, turbocharged petrol engine producing 118 BHP and 170 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 108 BHP and 260 Nm. Both engines are offered with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automated manual transmission.
