Tata Altroz EV spotted testing

The Tata Altroz EV has been spied testing for the first time in India. It was spotted somewhere in Pune along with a Nexon EV test mule.

The Altroz EV was first unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The car is based on the ALFA platform and is likely to feature Tata's Ziptron electric powertrain.

The Altroz EV could use a liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery pack with fast charging capability and an 8 year warranty. It could have a maximum range of up to 250-300 km on a single charge. The battery could be recharged to 80% of its capacity in 60 minutes using a DC fast charger.
