Rumour: Maruti Vitara Brezza to be offered in 7 variants

According to a leaked document, the updated Maruti Vitara Brezza is likely to be offered in seven variants.

The document indicates that the Vitara Brezza could be offered in four trim levels - LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. All variants except for the base LXi trim are likely to get the automatic transmission option.

The Vitara Brezza is expected to come in five colour options - Pearl Arctic White, Premium Silver, Granite Grey, Autumn Orange, Torque Blue and Metallic Sizzling Red as well as three dual-tone colour options which include Metallic Sizzling Red + Midnight Black, Granite Grey + Autumn Orange and Torque Blue + Midnight Black. As per the document, the dual-tone options will be offered on the ZXi+ and ZXi+ AT variants only.

Powering the new Vitara Brezza is a BS6-compliant 1.5-litre petrol engine. It produces 104 BHP and 138 Nm and comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The 1.5-litre petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology is available with the 4-speed automatic transmission only.
