The Hyundai Verna facelift is likely to be launched on March 26, 2020.
The Indian-spec car could be similar to the Russia-spec Hyundai Solaris. It could get sweptback headlamp clusters with U-shaped daytime running lights, a Cascade grille with a diamond-shaped mesh pattern and circular fog lamps. It could also get ORVMs with integrated turn-indicators, wraparound tail lights and a shark fin antenna.
The Verna could be powered by 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that powers the Kia Seltos, where it produces 113 BHP and 144 Nm. The engine could be paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The car is likely to get a diesel engine as well.
