Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 launched at Rs 3.59 lakh

The Shotgun 650 is the fourth model in the brand’s 650cc range, after the Interceptor, Continental GT and Super Meteor 650.

Royal Enfield has launched the Shotgun 650 in the Indian market. The bobber-style motorcycle is priced at Rs 3.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).

The Shotgun 650 is the fourth model in the brand’s 650cc range, after the Interceptor, Continental GT and Super Meteor 650. The bike features a flat handlebar and mid-set footpegs, offering an upright riding position. The seat is set at a height of 795 mm. 

Powering the Shotgun 650 is the same 648cc parallel-twin engine that powers the Super Meteor 650. It produces 47 BHP and 52.3 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Shotgun 650 features an upside-down front fork and twin shock absorbers at the rear. It rides on alloy wheels with 18-inch rims at the front and 17-inch at the rear.

The Shotgun 650 comes with Royal Enfield’s Tripper Navigation, an LED headlight and dual-channel ABS. A pillion seat is available as an option.
