Over 10k Royal Enfield Meteor 350 bikes sold in March 2021

The Meteor 350 even outsold the Honda CB350 last month.

Royal Enfield has sold over 10,000 units of the Meteor 350 in India for the first time since its launch.

The bike went on sale in November 2020 and in the first month itself, Royal Enfield sold 7,000 bikes. Since then, the company has been selling around 5,000-10,000 units per month. The Meteor 350 even outsold the Honda CB350 last month.

The Meteor 350 is available in three variants - Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. The bike replaces the Thunderbird and Thunderbird X models.

Powering the Meteor 350 is a new 349cc, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2 BHP @ 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The engine features an overhead camshaft instead of a pushrod and comes with a primary balancer shaft. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
