MG has given the ZS SUV sold in the international market a makeover.
The MG ZS receives subtle exterior updates including a redesigned grille and reworked headlights. It gets new front and rear bumpers as well as redesigned tail lamp clusters. The rear bumper houses a pair of reflectors, faux diffuser and has twin exhaust tips.
On the inside, the updated ZS gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 360-degree camera and navigation. The interior also features minor design changes including a new flat-bottom steering wheel.
The MG ZS facelift is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 105 BHP and 150 Nm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
In India, MG offers the ZS EV - an electric version of the SUV based on the pre-facelift version. The car comes with an electric motor that has an output of 141 BHP and 353 Nm. It is powered by a 44.5 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery that offers a claimed maximum range of 340 km on a single charge. The petrol version is expected to be launched in India sometime later.
