The GLC-Class replaces the GLK-Class and sits between the GLA-Class and GLE-Class in the Mercedes-Benz SUV line-up.
The GLC features a curvy body with creases on the bonnet and sides. The car comes with headlamps similar to those of the C-Class and S-Class, a two-slat chrome radiator grille, bumpers with skid plates, alloy wheels, roof rails, dual exhausts and LED tail lights.
On the inside, the car features wood and leather trim, a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel, tablet-type display for the infotainment system, dual-zone climate control, power-foldable split rear seat and a power lift tailgate among others. Safety features include a rear view camera, collision prevention assist plus, airbags, ABS, ESP, brake assist, anti-theft alarm and rain-sensing wipers.
The GLC is expected to be sold in GLC 220 d (diesel) and GLC 300 4MATIC (petrol) versions in India.
