Maruti Suzuki YRA interiors uncovered

The interiors of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki YRA hatchback have photographed once again. As we had seen earlier, the car has a black dashboard with silver accents. Its design is fresh with vertical air conditioner vents surrounding the audio system, which is located in the centre. The car's instrumentation consists of two dials and an MID.

The latest images put up by Motor Octane show the interiors of two trim levels of the car - V (mid) and Z (top). According to the website, both variants will get multifunction steering wheels. However, while the Z variant's wheel features controls for the audio system and cruise control, that of the V comes with controls for the audio system only. That said, in the images, the V does not seem to have any audio system.  However, it is seen with an automatic gearbox, while the Z has a manual. The top variant's audio system is a 2-DIN unit which should sport Bluetooth, USB and Aux-in connectivity. Both variants appear to have climate control and black upholstery.

The Z variant is also likely to get features such as keyless entry and go (engine start/stop button), reverse parking sensors, rear defogger and wiper, alloy wheels and air bags.

The YRA is likely to be launched in India in 2015. It is expected be positioned above the Swift and will compete with the Hyundai Elite i20, Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Polo.
