Jawa launches 'Perak Fridays' night test rides for customers

Jawa Motorcycles has launched a new initiative called Perak Fridays. The program offers customers a chance to test ride the Jawa Perak across city streets at night.

According to the company, Perak Fridays will evolve into a full fledged ride program for Perak owners. The first night ride was attended by Jawa and Jawa forty two owners along with local Jawa club riders. The rides will be organized at dealerships across India.

The Jawa Perak was launched on November 15, 2019. The bike is priced at Rs. 1,94,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Deliveries will commence from April 2, 2020.

The Perak is powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, BS6-compliant engine that produces 30 BHP and 31 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike comes equipped with disc brakes at the front and rear and has dual-channel ABS.
