Production will be resumed in phases. Initially, only the workshop staff will return to work, followed by engine assembly workers. Motorcycle assembly will begin from April 28. Among the other employees, only those staff members who are unable to work from home will be allowed to access the factory.
Ducati has also reorganized production from an 8-hour shift to two 7-hour shifts. Also, all workers are required to use masks at all times regardless of distancing.
While production is being resumed, visits to the museum, factory and Fisica in Moto remains suspended until further notice. Suppliers, dealers, external contracted companies, and external staff in general are prohibited from entering the factory, except for unavoidable cases.
