Datsun has released teaser images of the Redi-GO facelift.
The first image partially reveals the Redi-Go's updated front fascia. The car appears to have a larger grille with the Datsun logo in the centre. The car has sweptback headlamp clusters and large L-shaped LED daytime running lights on the front bumper.
The second image shows the Redi-GO in side profile, which looks similar to the current model. It has Datsun lettering on the front fenders and a roof spoiler at the rear. The shape of the tail lamps seems to be unchanged.
The Datsun Redi-Go facelift is expected to be offered with BS6 compliant engines. At present, the car comes with a choice of two engines, which include a 799cc unit that makes 53 BHP and 72 Nm and a 999cc engine that puts out 67 BHP and 91 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission is available with both engines, while the latter gets a 5-speed AMT option.
