According to latest spy images, Classic Legends could be working on a new Yezdi branded Scrambler motorcycle. The test bike was spotted on the Pune-Nashik highway.
The test bike appears to be an early prototype. It has a circular headlamp and telescopic forks with rubber gaiters at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The bike rides on wire spoke wheels that are wrapped in dual-purpose tyres and is equipped with disc brakes. The tail section seems unfinished and so do the twin exhausts.
While, the engine block and oil cooler mounted at the front of the chassis looks similar to the latest Jawa models, the crankcase reminds us of classic Yezdi motorcycles. The fact that Classic Legends plans to revive the brand leads us to suspect that the Scrambler could be part of the new Yezdi line-up.
If launched, the new Yezdi Scrambler could compete with the Honda CB350RS and the upcoming Royal Enfield Hunter.
