2022 Indian Pursuit to have a 122 BHP V-twin engine

The document confirms that the 2022 Indian Pursuit will have the same 1,768cc PowerPlus engine that is being used in the Indian Challenger.

As per a media report, Indian Motorcycle has filed Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) data to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The document confirms that the 2022 Indian Pursuit will have a 122 BHP V-twin engine. It is the same 1,768cc PowerPlus engine that is being used in the Indian Challenger.

It is being said that the 2022 Indian Pursuit will be the American motorcycle brand’s new touring model that is expected to be introduced globally soon. It would be available in two variants - Limited and Dark Horse. However, no official image of the upcoming motorcycle has been released.

Based on a bunch of patent filings, the 2022 Indian Pursuit is expected to have a tall windscreen, low seat height, twin exhausts and a semi fairing. The motorcycle would also have hard case panniers as part of the standard fitment.

Other features would include high-output speakers, a large display with Apple CarPlay integration offering turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and more.
