Variant details of the upcoming BS6-compliant Honda Jazz have leaked. The hatchback is expected to be launched on August 26, 2020.
As per the leaked brochure, the Jazz will be offered in three variants - V, VX and ZX. The V variant comes with LED DRLs and cruise control. The VX variant also gets an engine start / stop button. In addition to the features in the VX trim, the ZX variant gets an electric sunroof, LED fog lamps and LED headlights with integrated LED DRLs.
Honda has also made minor changes to the exterior of the Jazz. It gets a new gloss black grille with chrome trims and redesigned front and rear bumpers. It will be powered by a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that has been updated to comply with BS6 emission norms. The engine will be offered with either a manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT).
Pre-bookings for the Jazz are open. Customers can place their orders at the dealerships by paying a sum of Rs. 21,000 while online bookings can be made with an amount of Rs. 5,000. The car has started reaching dealerships.
