Tata Motors has unveiled the HBX concept SUV at the 2020 Auto Expo. It gives us a preview of the upcoming H2X / Hornbill sub-4 meter SUV.
The Tata HBX concept is based on the ALFA platform. It measures 3,840 mm in length, 1,822 mm in width and 1,635 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,450 mm. It features a slim grille with LED daytime running lights on either side. The car's headlamp clusters are positioned on the front bumper. The bumper is a dual-tone unit with a large silver skid plate. The HBX concept has a clam shell bonnet with a small vent on the passenger side.
The HBX concept has cladding with silver inserts along the door sills. It has blacked-out A and B-pillars and a white roof. At the rear, it has diamond shaped tail lamp clusters and a dual-tone rear bumper with a silver skid plate. The HBX concept rides on grey alloy wheels shod with off-road tyres. It has a roof rack with a spare tyre and jerrycans.
