Spannerdoor garage review: Servicing my Suzuki Access 125

They are developing an app-based service portal for service booking.

BHPian Puntoo recently shared this with other enthusiasts:

I have given my Suzuki Access 125 for general service after searching for good independent mechanic shops in and around Yelahanka, Bengaluru. I came across a garage called Spannerdoor, with over 50 five-star reviews on Google. I was skeptical about the reviews and checked their website, which was very well-designed and comprehensive for a two-wheeler mechanic shop. I decided to try this once to see how well they service my vehicle. I contacted them through WhatsApp, and they asked about the bike and what service I needed. Then, they immediately asked for the location for pickup. I was skeptical about opt-in for pickup and wanted to see the garage in person, so I went there and gave the bike for service. The person asked about the problems, and he noted them down in a job sheet and promised to deliver the bike the next day. I have opted for home delivery. I received the bike, which was delivered by one of the directors of the startup, Mr. Abhishek, and he said another shop had been opened near my location. They are developing an app-based service portal for service booking. The cost of the bike service is nominal and similar to what my regular mechanic bills me in my hometown Karur.
