Indonesia: Maruti Ertiga facelift spotted without camouflage

In July, we had reported that Suzuki Indonesia will unveiled the Ertiga at the Indonesia International Motor Show on August 20, 2015. Now, the vehicle has been spotted without any camouflage.

The Ertiga facelift gets a wide grille with horizontal chrome slats, a restyled front bumper with a tweaked air dam and redesigned fog lamp housings with chrome accents. At the rear, the car gets a redesigned bumper, which loses out on the centrally-positioned fog lamp and a thick chrome strip above the number plate housing with "ERTIGA" embossed on it and reflectors at both ends. Other changes to the exterior include redesigned alloy wheels.

On the inside, the Ertiga is expected to get new upholstery, automatic climate control, a start/stop button and an updated infotainment system.

The Ertiga facelift is not expected get any mechanical changes. However, there are rumours that Maruti could equip the MPV with an automated manual transmission.

In Indonesia the Ertiga is assembled from CKD kits imported from India.
