2022 Maruti Baleno interior images leaked

The Baleno competes with the Hyundai i20, Tata Altroz and the Honda Jazz in the premium hatchback segment.

New images of the 2022 Maruti Baleno have surfaced online. The latest set of images are from the official 3D configurator and offer a detailed look at the car's interior.

The 2022 Baleno gets a dual-tone interior. The redesigned dashboard houses a floating 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment head unit. The car has a 3-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel and a conventional 2-dial instrument cluster. The centre console houses a new automatic climate control module. A rear AC vent has also been provided.

The 2022 Baleno will be offered with a heads-up display. The car also comes with 6 airbags, cruise control and an electronic stability program (ESP).

The Baleno will be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine with a mild-hybrid system. This engine produces 89 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and will be offered with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AMT.
