I understand that this car has been sold to a collector and will be leaving Bangalore soon. Sad, but I am sure that this car, which ever city it goes will find new admirers.
Oh that is really sad to hear. I was actually hopping to see more of it! It was absolutely love at first sight for me, since it never happened with a girl

KVCCC events will be very well organised and Grand! This was some kind of promotional event organised by Whitefield Club to raise funds for their Club.

A classic and vintage car rally was orgainzed by Value Designbuild (VDB) in association with The Whitefield Club to raise funds for maintaining the club. This 105-year-old club is a part of the heritage of Whitefield and was once considered as pensioner’s paradise for its old-world charm and quaint ambience.
The rally commenced from Nusa Dua (VDB’s Balinese theme project) in Whitefield and culminated at the Whitefield Club. Jaguars, Daimlers, MG’s, Mercedes, Austins, Rovers, Wolseley, Plymouth, Ford, Morris, Citroen, Chevy, Volkswagen, Beetles, Jeeps — the timeless beauties set the streets abuzz.
Most of the vintage car owners go for a ride on the weekends. But, days like these, when all of them come together are rare. The authorities now plan to make this an annual event. “Whitefield is one of the few places which lends itself to enjoying this hobby and also the space to drive these oldies without the risk of overwhelming traffic,” said Sulaiman Jamal, president of the Karnataka Vintage & Classic Car Club (KVCCC) who was also spotted driving at the rally.
About The Whitefield Club
The Whitefield Club was earlier known as the Whitefield Settlers’ Institute and the Whitefield Recreation Club
It was built in 1895, when Greenham donated site to be used towards building a place where residents could meet and engage in social, literary and cultural activities.
Today, approximately 250 members and their families are a part of the club fraternity. The road rulers...

I too understand that this car was very orginal and in the condition as mentioned by imperial.s.a. The purchase price quoted is also very correct and the car is indeed a Coimbatore car. I would not like to speculate on the sale price though. I am sure would agree with imperial.s.a if we had seen the car before restoration.

Cheers

The car belongs to a collector from South India, he gave for restoration in Bangalore. Yes, she came from Cochin.
I understand that she is presently not for sale.

How can you forget this FIAT?

An FCB car, owned by Mr. Murali who lives near KPS's home. Not sure if it is sold on now. You had even checked this car in n out during its restoration in a garage on Nandidurga road cross road. Pic from your MPR thread Page2.
