On a lighter note, your "Tee hee" makes me remember a Brit co-worker of my late father when he used to work for British Council years ago, who once told me that women who laugh "tee hee" are 'not very nice'. These pictures were mounted, in quite a bad condition, but maybe have some archival value.
The title name pasted at the bottom of each picture is scanned separately.
Another thing, are the headlights on the Ford a "Deshi" product made for the replacement market in India? These are seen on many cars, and the rim looks quite crude.

I have seen this film at Plaza Chimanrao-Gundyabhau" Dilip Prabhavalkar played Chimanrao, as he did in the Tele series of the same name. I must be in school maybe, 6th or so. The first pic has a Man in black with a Parsi cap,he is actor Maruti.

Another lot of Parsi pictures, these were recently thrown out to the 'raddhiwalla' in the Malabar Hill area.
The family had a 1946 Buick pictured here, and a 1957 Dodge/Plymouth which I will post later. Atleast once they went abroad in the 1950's, pictured here with a Packard. Perhaps Sabinesnubbing can tell which country's registration this is.
They seem to have been horse owners, or had a special love for horses.
Some assumptions are being made, they are a couple, and quite hep/stylish.
The last colour photo was taken in 1962, there is a Kodak processing stamp of 1962 at the back.
Now, WHO ARE THEY?

Appears to be one, making it a Suburban.

Another Parsi gent travelled in a Morris Oxford Roadster to Lunderson Bay in May 1938. Here is the evidence. The place exists, google said so!

Harit and all,
Still playing catch up with the various plate forums I am a member of so my appologies for the late reply. I am now back in Dubai for several weeks.
The 1950s Packard is registered in France and my guess is that the photo was taken on the Mediteranean coast in the South of France somewhere.
The car was registered after October 1950 when region 13 (Bouches-du-Rhône) started issuing from 1000 AA 13 upwards having previously only had three serial numerals.
