That is a Model T Ford. Probably a later Canadian model, the earlier ones had a flat brass radiator giving them the nickname 'Brass T'

On my lists, I have USF as being Upper Sindh Frontier 1902-39
Nothing even close from 1939-47
and for 1947- USx is Uttar Pradesh. I have no idea where USV was but it may be Varanasi.
