The price of a landmaster like any other classic car will depend on its condition, level of originality, documents etc.
a landmaster in full original mint condition with running original sidevalve engine can command upto 2-2.25lakhs.But I have seen sidevalve landmaster being sold for as less as 90000/-(2 years back )
I know of a fully original Woody LANDMASTER which the owner may part with if he gets a fancy price

Re: Vintage & Classic car valuation

Thanks for the advice Ajay, Please let me know if you come across a decent Landmaster, i am not very keen on the woody. A slight deviation from original is fine with me.

Unrealistic pricing scales new heights with this VW bus ad!!!
classic volkwagen microbus 1968 very good condition for sale - Delhi - Cars - 0
18 lakhs for an unrestored VW microbus , is really an atrocious demand !!!

I did call him.It is not at all a typo but ""adarah lakh hi hai''
His name is Gaurav. He asked me to visit some site called gumtree and look at the prices of such vehicles in UK etc
by the way it is LHD.in my view it is worth around 2-3 lakhs, provided it is in very good condition plus the spares he is talking about

Does it also include a garage to park it in? Nah! still overpriced.

Crazy is an understatement for the kind of Valuation in the present market.

Just take out that extra ZERO from that ad.

you mean you can get good VW baywindow below Rs.2 lakhs???
I doubt, because KLE-6903 which went from kerala 3 years ago was then sold for Rs.2.lakhs and is now in your place. There are people who are ready to buy that Microbus for fancy price

One very nice 1969 Baywindow got sold from Mumbai last month below 3 lac mark, so prices are still on the lower end.

I think the prices have pretty much plateaued over the last year. Yes, of course you have a few guys quoting the heavens for it but there are lesser people falling for it now. I think probably it is the current market state or perhaps people are thinking before they put their buck in.

Pavan, your bus is of a different valuation. Not 25 lacs though. But I am sure you have spent much more money restoring your bus than most people would want to buy it for.

Re: Vintage & Classic car valuation

Enfeild ads on OLX. Enfeild's free classifieds
a few classics for sale with what seems like a dealer, although he claims to be an owner.
the funny part is he says the car's registration documents( RC )is as per the buyers choice
also the prices quoted is of course another joke!!

Re: Vintage & Classic car valuation

What will be the realistic price for a 1951 Morris Minor with 80% original fittings?
