That is no Royale, its a much smaller car. One can google for the exact model and body builder.

Interesting picture of the Herbertson Rolls. Question for Harit, does it really matter when VCCCI was founded? The issue before us today is how to take the movement forward and preserve these cars for future generations to enjoy. Mechanics, tin smiths electricians painters etc all are in short supply when you seek to work on these cars.We should spend time finding solutions to ensure our cars outlive all of us.:D

Absolutely right, who cares? So how come the Techfest site says 1963 when no club existed in Bombay at that time. They must have got some infor from somewhere. I just wanted to have it accurate, here was some evidence.
This Herbertsons Rolls from Mayurbanj went to Mallya via Gujrat.
I don't know if you have noticed, but there is certainly a lot of movement among enthusiasts to help each other. Not only with parking places, but also restorations, detailing, etc. There is a shortage of skill and labour, but we have to manage to get by.

Jaipur is to have a vintage car rally this weekend. There are judges from Mumbai. I am sure they will harmonise well together. There is no mention if any Mumbai cars have been entered. We will see in due course.
If the Ford Thunderbird is the one I think it is, it may drive into Jaipur and win a few prizesclap:
If there is any entrant from Mumbai, lets hope they do well as they normally tend to do in Jaipur.

On Friday was watching this show Wheeler Dealers and Mike was in India, Kolkatta actually flipping a Maruti, then a Tata something and he bought one Amby and took it to sell in the UK.
In the middle of the show he is show passing a large walled house with a blue Citroen parked outside and inside are these two MG's one the red MGB and the black one and Shrivardhan Kanoria is there showing the cars to Mike.
Then Shrivardhan dropped of Mike at his dealer friends place in the 1919 Citroen.
Was a nice show wonder when it was taped ?

You will find information on their facebook page. The series this time is on world tour trading up, he ended in a loss in Japan in Toyota. He got good profit on beetle.
In the end he is aiming for supercar. I think that might be lambo uracco.
Ed had a birthday couple of days back and they drove in a green uracco.
The series has already been filmed. Sadly no launch in India.
