Pardon me, but I do not think it is possible to ship a WHOLE side-valve V8 into this country.

Here is an assortment of N.O.S parts for standard ten/penannt/herald which was found at a spare parts shop. Mainly oil seals,bushes,suspension parts,etc. Some are in their original packing

Tyres for vintage and classic cars have become a serious problem. As per the tyre import control order, the manufacturer abroad has to register with BIS & obtain their approval.Unless this is done, imports are not permitted. There is an exemption list. But tyres for vintage and classic cars are not in this exemption list. Therefore, such tyres face the BIS problem.Why cannot the VCCI take up this matter with the concerned ministry in the Central Government?

I am informed that HMCI Delhi did some work on this and managed to get tyres in!

this is hearsay, please contact Diljeet, sec HMCI or anyone else of that club for more information.

just for your information, VCCI is the club started in Calcutta, VCCCI is the club started in Bombay
