This strange home-made Dune buggy appeared in a lot of films. More recently (or not so recently) in the Zee TV series of 1992 called "Commander" ...... where a popular actor from Marathi TV and films, Ramesh Bhatkar (now deceased-RIP ) played the lead character of a private investigator.
This car featured in almost every episode of the show as his personal run about and the show was apparently very popular. i remember this from the posters of this show and was so intrigued that i also saw one episode. Both, the car as well as the show didnt cath my fancy and that was the last of it. But i remembered this car, which says a lot about the impression it left on me. I will refrain from saying whether the impression was good or bad
