Austin 1100 Mk1 . If I am correct, it used to belong to a Dr Hegde in Kumarapark. He was an eye doctor practising in Bowring hospital and also in private.

Re: Unidentified Vintage and Classic cars in India

I had posted these pictures elsewhere before also. These cars are a part of a collection in Assam that I visited a few months ago. Can someone please help me identify these cars:

This one looks very much like a 1934 Plymouth, but the body style confuses me. Is it a 4 door sedan, a coupe, a roadster or has it been heavily altered?

This car was found by the collector buried under rubble and soil. Looks like a 30s American car, but which one is it and what year could it be?

The first is indeed a 34 Plymouth. Bodystyle might be a 4 door tourer, which would probably be only for export/colonial markets.

The second car looks to be a 1934 Oldsmobile
