Does someone have a picture of the Rampur (if I remember correctly or is it Jodhpur?) hardtop coupe with Mr. Sanghi. Its a pretty car. The most gorgeous Bentley (the non WO I mean) to me remains the Holkar coupe. What a car and what pity it went out of the country!
I have yet to see a picture emerge here of another pretty sedan with Mr. Bhogilal albeit painted in his horrendous colour choice, a pista green with yellow(?) wheels (my memory fades, I saw it in 81) |
DKG, I haven’t seen the car you mention, I’m sure you’ll hunt some details shortly.
The Rampur car was a Gurney Nutting DHC but Jodhpur had a coupe. The pista green car was BMX 4462 Vanden Plas tourer.

Hi Aditya thank you,I also think it is a 6½ litre. It’s definitely got a front cross member at the end of the dumb irons (I must get some glasses). I hope it will be seen in the future. It appeared to be a running car in the Passage to India film in 1984.
