Another "India" car I was ignorant of. Silver Ghost 31ZG, originally a Windovers Cabriolet.

Karl suggests it may have been scrapped at Chor Bazar. Perhaps Harit or Faster789 could fill us in. The registration is early 1940s per Karl.

What a lovely shot - its 40 years old! I assume it would have been still unrestored at the time, note the crest on the doors. Later on this car was restored in England and painted bright red.

What do you make of the vertical lines seen on the side windows?

I do not know. Assume the car did not have roll up windows and these are some form of stiffeners perhaps ?

An R-R expert has however identified BRN-6666 as a "Post Chassis 58-SK" PII and therefore unlikely to be Chassis 2-GY.
