Oh Yes i saw the picture but its been like that for the last four years and nothing has changed,I visit Prem regularly nine or 10 times a year and i even have pics of that bus as far as 12 years ago and even over that time its not changed much Ha Ha . thanks anyway .

Everytime i see this thread i go into a DEPRESSION

Through these recent years that i've been frequenting Goa, i could only see loads and loads of VW's move an inch into the ground, but the effort by the owners or the workshop guys to give it a lease of life never diminishes, but does not even collate to completion.

I have seen many many such classics dusted and gone, few in the recent months that i have come across too might face the same fate, I just wish for some divine intervention to get these beauties pass on to some deserving and caring owners for the rest of its life.

I am in queue waiting for 3 such beauties just hidden from the world.

My understanding is that this Ponton has been rescued and landed up in Delhi. So perhaps it is not standing there anymore?

Wow a Ford Cortina, but with chopped roof. And looking a the body and tail light the vintage seems to be 62-66. I just bought a 1:18 model of the same car .

Spotted this well maintained Chrysler Valiant near Loyola High School - Margao (Goa) a couple of months back. This looked like a daily runner to me. An internet search reveals that it is a 1962-65 model.
