Agreed...the quarter glass does not match with a Type 1 van. However the days of the matador is numbered. As the quality of metal is horrible, it will go down within a few days.

amit V8 & Karl, you guys must work in CID : ) I actually felt that they had ruined a VW bus.

What you are seeing, 'Village Bus', is actually an 'Azulejos' representing Goan Life by Shankar Tulsidas Turi.

now, off to Fiat Club Bangalore FCB rally from Lalbagh to Jayanagar , and drool over scores of 1100s and dukkars !
cheers,
Vinay

Thanks for updating that it's not an original ruined or imported

Cheers

Guys, there seems to be a person who has been collecting old military trucks in India. And also seems to have a museum of it.

The trucks include ShaktiMAN trucks as well. If anyone have further details can you please post it here. Thanks in advance.

This is too vague, can you be more descriptive. If it is Military jeeps and related stuff. UBS (Uday Bhan Singh) is the only guy in India.

Thanks. I always thought the KSEB trucks (imported during the Idukky Project construction) were MACK Trucks!

An interesting coach, Delhi 1955

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this. Received these pics via WhatsApp. It was spotted at Valayar.

Found out that it's a 1968 model Canadian Kenworth Truck.

IIRC, a similar one was featured in the Bond movie, License to Kill.
