Yup, that car too was from Nagpur, but it was a different vehicle.

Speedy are you sure its a standard?? It doesnt look remotely like any standard car to me.

the picture is taken ages ago and thats what is written behind the picture. i was hopeing the experts like yourself would be able to tell me.

That is most definately not a Standard from any angle!! It is an altered/modded Amby. See the grille line.

Found a bunch of old pics have we Speedy???

Not a Standard, and certainly not an Amby as well. Possibly something like an Opel. They were quite popular in Goa.

Quite right! Thats an early 60s Datsun Bluebird:

This original 1958 Standard Super 10 is being restored by fellow team BHPian collector. We are looking forward to more pictures and little history on the car.
