Need advice on the value a 1938 Austin. The car was in running condition till 2 years back and has original meters etc. Practically a second owner car as well. The owner is not very keen to sell but what do you feel a good offer would be?

Hello All -
I am the 2nd owner of a 1962 Fiat 1100 Super Select, Bangalore registered .Its in decent shape, a runner and all the documents are up to date. Its original in almost all aspects.
I have to part with her for personal reasons and was wondering if anyone is interested before I put it up on classifieds/olx
What would be a reasonable price ?

Hello Everyone.
Sadly have to put one of my great car (BMW E38 LWB). I bought this car to keep with me forever because of how original and clean this is and how every feature work which really saved a lot of time and money that otherwise would have gone restoring it. Anyhow, life had different plans for me so its up for grab. No plan to put the ad on olx as I am only looking for a buyer who knows what he/she is getting so best is to put it on Team-BHP classified.

Looks like a miss for me. The ad is gone. I would have atleast liked to see it. To renew acquaintance with one of the Indian Automobile icons of my teenage years.

An interesting piece from the 1930s of an aircooled Franklin being advertised for sale. Noteworthy that it has been overhauled by the agents.

Saw this “1960 Premier Padmini” listed for sale in NOIDA. It may not have started life as one, but seems to have indeed metaphorically changed into a Padmini. Asking price? 10 lakhs.

Yes indeed sir! And to add, this particular one seems to have a lot of Padmini parts and almost nothing original on the inside. ”Fiat Padmini” seems to be the most common misnomer for any old Fiat car in India. Seems to be an apt term to describe an old Fiat/Premier that has had multiple facelift’s over its lifetime, robbing it of its identity.
