Not sure if it is a factory conversion but an officially sanctioned one. Needs a total restoration though

I think this was originally a petrol W123 280 left hand drive vehicle . doubt whether it is still having the original engine

If it is an official BINZ conversion then it has some value. Binz was authorized by Mercedes to do many of their station wagon conversions..
