The above is advertised for 40L. A similar car in the US would sell maybe for a 1000 dollars and the above car looks like its missing its original engine too. The greed, is indeed spectacular.

I read this on dainik bhaskar(a Hindi newspaper) website.

It is a 1964 Aston Martin DB5 model. Engine is straight 6 cylinder, 4L capacity.

At present the ownership rights is with ‘HEXAGON CLASSICS’ company who has put it for sale.

Have seen the occasional Mercedes W115 for sale on OLX. There are 2 posted at present. Asking price around 5L for one and around 10L for the other. The 5L car has been for sale for quite a while so assume there are no takers at that price. What would be a fair price for a W115 220 D with a reconditioned OM 616, restored with all original parts? I know this is subjective and a personal choice however would appreciate some inputs so that I can come to a decision.

There is one W115 220D with original engine and in very good condition I know off, where the owner is demanding 8 lakhs and still no takers yet. Please have a look at the interiors especially the seats, headliner,carpets etc.That is one thing which will be very expensive and difficult to restore.
If it is a restored car, you have to gauge the quality of workmanship and also the parts used (OEM german or Repro) before putting an offer.

Thanks. This gives me a fair idea of what to pay for the car. The car will be restored. I know the quality of the work as I have got my 124 restored from the same place.
