Yes not bad, except for the dash and the tail-lights nothing extensively modified and can be reverted to original, if it ends up with the right person that is.

A West based broker had informed about this car. Though I was not interested, my curiosity was tested as I waited for the pictures since I was told this is one of 3 in the world and only one of the kind in India .

Two More cars of the same make are known to me, one is the Gem Palace Jaipur car which has been featured many times on this forum and the other one, which is not in the market and known by very few , somewhere in Rajasthan, (cannot disclose any more about it).

The cars pictured here are a little different,note the headlights. I think these are 1940 model. There is a similar car in Hyderabad too.

Someone will have to go and have a closer look at that sunroof. Maybe it was cut for Shikar, and therefore will be eligible for the next Cartier event if there is a Shikar class. Did the price of this car just go up?

Jokes aside, I can confirm that in 1939, there was a Buick with a sunroof, and it was genuine original at that time. Maybe I'll put up a pic next week.
There Chevy's are ofcourse not Chevelles,(check the ad), and there is a 2-door version of this car with the Heritage Museum coming up in Gurgaon. And one car went in the ground in Chembur/Vashi, I believe it was originally from Hyderabad.

I don't know, but sometime ago a Mini was offered at a very "reasonable" rate. The catch was that those who contacted were asked to deposit "earnest money" maybe 1L, "definitely" refundable if they don't end up buying the car, to view the car. So if he gets a few "bakras", he collects a small sum "meeting ke pehle". Price is "meeting ke bad", hopefully a meeting will ever take place.

As they said before, if it is too good to be true, normally it is.

One unique thing about THIS mass-produced classic car is that it transforms into a Willys(?) Jeep at random! See the last pic. in the ad!

It seems almost magical! Did the price just go up a notch?!
