Great to know he's got another one! :jealous:
The other one is the red and black one I presume.
This one seems to have been turned into a convertible though.

I never noticed the lack of a dukkar till you pointed that out! That is indeed unfortunate. A couple of our regular dukkar owners droped out at the last minute. Plus this being a long weekend and wet, the numbers were lower, but enjoyable all the same.

EDIT - It just struck me, BYH 3105 was present, a very nice black 57.

We have always maintained that the club is inclusive, not exclusive. All are welcome to join us. The black Standard 10 has been a regular at our events from day one. We were even joined by a 52 Jawa, another regular.

Some pics from my side.

Fiat Classic Car Club - Mumbai-cars01.jpg

MRX 9000 joined us from Bombay as usual, and I gave him company for the drive down in the pouring rain. Never have I been more impressed with the performance of a Fiat. She dove through inches of water right through, without a drop entering the car, no brake fade, no heating nothing. Not even a spec of rust depsite braving Bombay rains for so many years. Hats of to Krrish uncle

Yeah cy, thats a '57-58 Super 10, one-owner car from new. I was told its in daily use! Which explains why its definitely in need of some TLC. :(

Okies! Although its been more than a few minutes now!

Well, sad that he's turned this one into a conv.! As its so pristine and original! IMHO he shoudlve done that to his other red & black herald (MHP) which isnt as neat. :sigh: Anyways, to each his own!
I'd like to have that roof if he intends to have it just sitting in the open there!

We had a great time at the meet, guys. My vote for the "Concourse D'Elegance" goes to MTJ 6692, Badamikar's pristine off-white Select. Fell in love, right then and there.
And my vote for the "Fastest Mumbai - Pune Drive - (Hall of Fame)" goes to Roni (President), for bringing us to Pune in record time in his new ride .
Karl, we were indeed eyeing your President badge. By the way, there's a President speedo I saw today at chor bazaar. Anyone want ?

Whats the difference between a Delite Speedo and a president speedo? Or are you talking about President's Speedos????

Ha ha !! Hey but seriously, the president speedo is silver in colour isn't it ? And it does not have round dials like the delight speedo.
Roni bhai's coaching has worked wonders on me

Ravi, please dont waste time asking such silly questions in the future. Get it pronto if it looks presentable enough.

@Karl .... Dont worry Bro. Already called up Ravi (11.45 pm) only to confirm that this one is the one we had hit upon 6 months ago with Temp gauge missing and of no use to us as well, due to its poor condition.

Gnite, sleep well. And don't you dream about this speedo anymore. Hehe.
