Dikra, as karl pointed out- it indeed is a Delight taxi itself!

And yes, this sure is a pleasant surprise indeed- never expected here would still be such decent delights still in use as taxis! I thought cabs more than 15 years old arent allowed to ply?

Hi FCCCI bros, my heartiest congratulations to the group for completing one year. It's great that we are having a bash tonight, but unfortunately I am in Bangalore on an assignment and would miss you guys.

Gogi, Cyrus, Ronnie, SuperSelect, Amol, MichaelSchu.., Behram Sir and all the FCCCI members who would be attending today's meet a big SORRY.

This is happening the second time in succession which includes the TBHP meet at Pritam where I could'nt make it. I am cursing myself for it.

Regards

Thank You Subash for gracing the FCCCI - Mumbai Anniversary occasion and coming all the way from Pune inspite of your busy schedule due to preparations for the FCCCI - Pune Independence day rally.
Looking forward to the 15th August FCCCI Rally at Pune.

Food looks good.
Thanks Ronnie for enquiring and making me talk to Subhash.
Way to go guys. It certainly feels like just yesterday when we met at Crepe station.

The last of the Delites (now is that how 'twas spelt?) in '72 also had the President bumper overriders and meters (the silver-faced horizontally-moving-orange-needles type), isn't it?

Welcome back prabal.

I dont know why we all (me included) think it was spelt Delite - all brochures and manuals spell it Delight.

I haven't seen these last of the Delights with a silver meter or President guards - the ones Ive seen have conventional Delight bumpers and guards, and a black faced speedo. Perhaps there were a few variations.

See you on the 15th.
