Thanks Cyrus, for the pics. I certainly was delighted by the number of people who attended the meet. Not to mention the quick bite at Cooler (I hope the spelling is right).
Hope the community grows & stays forever.

Great meet and as usual good to meet up with all of you who attended.
As the clock ticked, we had to eat and Koolar was suggested.
We requested some cops to let us park Amol's Mercedes 180D and 67Bug's Beetle. They obliged and allowed us to park in a no parking zone.
We entered Koolar and sprawled ourselves on a few vacant tables and almost everything on the menu was asked for.
Akuri, Omelette, Bhurji, Chicken Cutlet, Veg Sandwiches, Cheese Sandwiches, Kheema fry, French Fries, Pav, Bun, Tea etc, etc.
In short we enjoyed our little meet and the snack at Koolar.

I remember having mentioned Koolar in one of my posts. Read about it by clicking the link below.

There is a certain Premier Padmini in Thane (it is MH01B4979) which now behaves differently from what it used to behave before. May I request the owner to post his experience. What all was done previously, what is done now (without naming any person who helped). I would like to know, hence this request.

Best regards,

Sure.
The Problem Before: The car had a major hunting problem which was 'solved' by some Mr. XYZ by adding washers and foam piecies in the carburetors venturi. Even then the problem wasnt fully solved and his method could have ruined my rarely used 15K km run engine.

The Problem Solved: On 11th of May I met a very technically sound person for the second time and requested him to look into the matter. He devoted an hour of his holiday and tuned my car to perfection. However the hunt continued and we concluded that the car needs a new carburetor. So, on 16th May the same person personally came to my house with a perfect carburetor from one of his own cars. This is a stop gap arrangement till I get my new carb which would be by this weekend. The car was finetuned again. It was late in the night and I went to sleep soon after the that.

The results: The next day when I started the car, it started in half a second and within the next ten seconds. After revving the car a bit it started spitting out water and eventually the 200ml bottle which I was holding at the tail pipe was almost full ! Now thats a perfectly tuned car. I am really thankful towards the good soul who perfected my car.

By now most of you would have guessed who the great person is. Any guesses?

Regards,
Adheesh Parelkar
