This car incidentally has the rare thicker bumpers and guards, as found on ravi's super-select. 'would be worth picking up for those atleast.

If I remember right the car only had those guards, not bumpers. These were locally available quite commonly till some time back. I am unclear on exactly which models they were fitted to in India.

RIP

Picture taken from Indian express Mumbai of 26th July.
Body looks quite straight and not so corroded.
maybe cops put 4 clamps, one on each wheel for wrong parking.
This is a potential solution.
Do that at your own risk and consequences.

No cheers harit

If anybody on the Fiat Club would like to buy the car, please get in touch with me. My number is 9833060368. The car is at Marine Lines, Mumbai. I bought it for 70 K and would like to sell it for around that much. Here are the links to view the pictures of the car:

I feel 70 K is too much a price to pay! Is is not??

EDIT: I am sorry for the spelling mistake. I was asking that - is it not a huge price to pay? (70,000)?

Hey everyone, this is the love of my life- MY FIAT, 1994 model, converted to A/C (1.5 Tons). Modified grille to accomodate the indica fan. I hope you all like it.

Hey, you sure have a clean car! Cool!

Especially for a Bombay car, and a later (90s) fiat at that, which were relatively more susceptible to rusting.

However, one question I always have is whether the '94 padminis (137D etc) came with those hubcaps at all. Behram Dhabhar had mentioned that they came out in '89 itself as an option, but I remember seeing them only from late 90s onwards. I infact knew someone who bought a brand new 137D in 1994, it came with the older padmini hubcaps.

Moral of the story dont buy more classic cars than regular use cars On a serious note both of my daily use cars are busy with my family for prior engagements. Everything else is fine.
