Thats good. But considering the low quality spares for Fiats these days, you really never know which part will get conked when....
Well, I got my subscriber copy, should be available on the stands soon.

Regarding the quality of spares, have you ever thought of one important point? Lack of demand will ensure stopage of the manufacture of decent spares. The main demand for these parts should have been from the taxiwallahs. But they always chose to buy the cheapest of the cheap, so that is what is available today. As is often spoken about, the Mumbai taxis are often so wretched that they need mercy killings. How many Premier taxi's has one seen standing in the middle of the road with a collapsed front suspension? Far too many. Against that, one would hardly see private Premiers failing like that. Who is at fault? Largely RTO who do not inspect and test these cabs properly. Just see in the night, how many run without proper lights, many times broken. Can the cops not see that in the night? So when these Premier taxi's are never made up properly to be fit, then they will only deteriorate till they fall apart. How many taxi doors do not shut?
So decent quality spares availability becomes a big problem.

Think about this

Check out the white car next to the red one in this pic, it has very familiar tail lights.

If i am not mistaken thats a Volvo, cant remeber the model name but it was the same one in Gajani.

Of it could be a VW Fastback.

Or even a Fiat, again not sure of the model name. Most probably its a Fiat.

In both case the rear lights & the number plate lights are not orignal unless its a Fiat.

This tail light design was common on may European cars even my Rover P5 has a similar pair so also did the Volvo Amazon. However this car looks like a special bodied 1100TV. It cant be a 1100S or 8V they had different taillights.

Alot of Custom body makers in Italy used the 1100 as a Base. Maybe this is a Custom bodied car.

Many European coachbuilders made their cars based on 1100 running gear, and sometimes used 1100 fittings. But not all were 1100 based, yet used bits and pieces from other cars - many contemporary Ferraris, Maseratis and Alfas used Fiat lights, indicators etc.

Even the coachbuilt VW Beetle based Rometsch (2nd gen, the Lawrence coupe and cabrio) mostly sported the characteristic 1100 tail lights.
