I believe at the Poona Radisson Blu Hotel.
The Judge is on his way to Poona this morning so one expects the cars to be at the venue this evening, Rally starts around nine thirty tomorrow morning

Karl, I do hope you take lots of pictures. A bit hot for the cars and drivers with temperatures soaring, not forgetting the nightmarish traffic, especially autos and two wheelers.

has a trip to the Poona museum been included I wonder. The museum would make a nice mid rally halt, or for that matter , it could even end there with the prizes being distributed amidst the exhibits.

Which museum do you refer to? Is it the Sanas display? I still haven't been there. Some years back when we had events at Blue Diamond we would walk across to the Metro Museum just down the road to see the lovely cars including your Rolls Royce 20hp, in a superb set up at a time when creating a specialised display was unheard of.

That is the museum I was referring to Karl.
He may not have resources like the guys up north, but from what I hear, Sanas has put up a decent display which I do hope to see sometime soon.

It would be nice for the enthusiasts gathered for tomorrow to have this spot on the route.

Thanks for sharing. That large Austin Landaulette should be particularly rare, I've never seen another one. I believe it is in Bombay now. The Jaguar E Type I think is the Dharampur car, and the Chevy woody is probably a Khoday car.

The Jaguar E Type, Austin Landaulette belonged to the late Ravi Kumar. The Jag is still in Bangalore, inherited by his niece. The Austin is in Mumbai. The Chevy Woody of Khodays and the Morris Doctors Coupe are still in Bangalore

Vintage car rally happened in Pollachi yesterday. Pollachi is a small town located in Coimbatore district, Tamilnadu. There are plenty of old Jeeps, Yezdis and Enfields in Pollachi. But this Vintage car rally was a big surprise. Yesterday i was in Pollachi, but i didn't know that this is happening yesterday. When i was waiting in a signal, saw some 10 Vintage beauties doing the rounds and was surprised to see that. Missed the rally. :(
