Spotted this Willys Station Wagon at Vijay Nagar Colony. The Garage has two Willys Station Wagon's and heard from the Garage Owner that one of these is a Donor.






Spotted this Chevrolet Pickup Truck said to be a 1958 Model. The Garage Owner has no idea about the name, but says that it's being redone up now (I would not say Restored due to the following reasons as mentioned later on). The heart has been replaced with a Nissan V6 Engine. The Original Steering Wheel is replaced by a Smaller Steering Wheel, akin to the Sports Steering Wheels and a lot more cosmetic changes made to the pickup truck.











Also note the VW Golf in the Chevy Pickup Trucks first pic. It's rusting to death and the owner isin't willing to either sell or restore it back to glory. Look at the Mag Wheels on the Golf, look so YUCK

Why does that VW Golf Have Square headlights??? Seems like it has been neutered quite badly and now laid to rest maybe because of possible lack of parts. A sad ordeal I must say.

Looks like its a VW Rabbit MK2 or inspired by it. The Square Headlights were found in the US version only.

I have seen a similar Chevrolet Silverado Pickup truck, and a Dodge Ram 350 being used in Bombay. I believe they were Blue.

I remember seeing that Willys wagon lying at the same place in late 2008! The other one is probably the Van-like one being used as a tools shed!

1940 Pontiac Silver Streak

This is a car that was restored near 6 months ago in Delhi. Pics of pre and during restoration pics. The restorer forgot to take the pictures of the car after restoration. The car seems to be in a fairly good condition and going by the registration number, appears to a Bombay car. Any more details on the car ? Looking forward to your feedback and comments on the work being done.
