Yes it is a Dodge Kingsway correctly mentioned by shyam. Apart from this where did you see this car ?

the truck transporting it is from Palakkad and the registration of the DODGE seems to be Madurai(MDM)

Madurai is MDU. MDM is some other district in TN.

MDM is Coimbatore South..
