99.9% chances are this was used as a baraat car on hire, going by its condition! Which also leads to further questions, namely what engine it has under the hood!

Driver told me its a 1932 Chevrolet. Seen at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Panaji, Goa. Was being used as a wedding car.

Indeed! Reminds me of many similar cars that were used as "baraat" cars in Hyderabad until a decade ago!

Nice looking car and perhaps the only limousine (the Wizard) from Hillman. I dont remember seeing one (other than this photograph) anywhere else.

the lights dont really suit the car in my opinion, they are too big, they could have chosen P80s instead of the P100s that are on it, also the Notek lamps work better visually as a single central spot lamp
