Most likely seems like a Chevy of 1933/34.The headlights seem from a different car

I am also inclined towards this being a Chevy. The triple bumper, front grill and lights are very confusing though. The windscreen set up seems to indicate that this is a Chevy or a similar GM car

Chevy had free standing headlights by 1933 only (Plymouth from 1932). In 1932 Chevy had the headlights mounted on a dual curved bar. In 1931 the bar across the mudguards was single. Hence this car is a definitely a 1931

1938 Willys under restoration in Kolkata. This is first time I am seeing such a model.

The Willy's has now been fully restored. The quality of restoration is outstanding and the car is now going to be based in Mumbai.
