Karl!
Did you see a Sunbeam S7 Shaft drive and BSA Golden Flash650?
Then it is the same gentleman.

Capt Kerman Pestonjee has a very nice collection. His bike collection is even better, but unfortunately they are all unrestored and in the wrong hands. Some of his cars are at his residence at Chirag Ali Rd, behind Sujatha School. His bike collection is at Trimullgerry. I would still want to believe that the best 2 private collection of cars in this country is with Rashid Qayum in Hyderabad & Dr. Ravi Prakash in Bangalore. Rashid Bhai infact is an authority on cars and has even judged events in Uk & USA, amazing man with a phenomenal collection. Ravi Prakash, though not equally well versed has a superb collection.

Karl, are you talking about the Late Behram Mistry ? He happens to be my cousin and his GUZZI collection is stunning, not to forget the S8 & Square 4. The bikes are all in his wife's custody and she is quoting astronomical prices. Sad end to a great collection

Very few of pestonjees bikes were restored...but it was quite a sight to see the carcasses stacked up to the cieling, like a gruesome exhibit of some sort!

Nope, i didnt get to see mistrys bikes....have heard a lot bout them though...
what about yours though? lets have pics...
cheers

Totally O.T.....
I had been to Hyderabad last month. I was just amazed to see the huge number of vehicles plying on temporary registration plates. Any particular reason? Or is it just me???

Vow, the pics give me a feeling that Hyderabad has many more Vintages than Mumbai.
