It looks like a 1938 Dodge D 8 sedan. The Plymouth of the same year had a different bonnet, side chrome fairing. This one matches with those of the Dodge. Some other chrome ornaments from below and above the front grille are missing though.

Stumbled upon this ad few days back. The logo left me puzzled, so I asked around and did some reading (initially I thought it's a Peugeot logo

The Select belonged to the previous owner of the bungalow. The bungalow has since been converted to a cafe. The current owner hasn't moved the car - lawn ornament, probably. :(

And an unidentified Ford or Chevy somewhere north of Calangute. The other 2 cars are Chopped Amby and Premier Padmini.

Other than a couple of rusting Beetles , also spotted a Fiat 1100 Station Wagon (not to be confused with the Premier Padmini Safari). This was a proper Italian model.

A VW Variant seen in a resto-dust condition (part restored and part abandoned) couple of years ago. Hope the car has not gone to the ground.
